Appointments

Patients may request cancellation or rescheduling by contacting the clinic at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Payments may be non-refundable in the following situations:

  • Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment
  • The consultation or dental service has already been provided
  • The payment was made as a confirmed reservation deposit for clinical time, laboratory work, materials, or customised treatment planning

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Bank and payment gateway processing times are outside the control of Art Dentistry Maadi.
