Here’s what you can expect at your first visit:

ENTRANCE: We are located at a ground floor and our enterance opens into our well-appointed, beautiful suite, where patients are in for five-star treatment and the ultimate in dental amenities.

GREETING: Highly trained dental staff greet every patient with a smile—and a gift!

TOUR: The enthusiastic welcome includes a short tour—breezing by our 3 state-of the-art treatment suites (you’ll be impressed)—with an informative briefing about our mission to help every patient keep their teeth healthy, beautiful and young—for life! The tour makes additional stops at our  state-of-the-art sterilization area in which you will feel how seriously we take sterilisation protocols

DIGITAL PATIENT HISTORY FORM: Our administrator will snap a quick digital photo and stream your image and your digital patient history form into your secure computer file. (We are a fee-for-service office, but we will take your insurance info and absolutely take care of all your claims and paperwork each time you visit with us.)

RECEPTION ROOM: Your stay in our beautiful reception area likely will be brief, but while you are there, feel free to relax and enjoy a fruit juice or a refreshing bottle of spring water.

Our patients even enjoy the use of private telephones and unfettered internet access on a computer to check and send emails or do some work for the office.

And, of course, everyone loves the calm and comfort of just relaxing in a chair near the window that overlooks the beautiful city view down K Street.

So whether you are here for routine hygiene and check-up, a specific dental treatment with the doctor, or a consultation to talk about future treatment—the patient experience is a model for excellence and care in dentistry.

Here, you get access to the most advanced areas of dentistry, from porcelain crowns to lustrous veneers, from Invisalign invisible braces to whitening and implants. And all are done using the latest dental technology to achieve the best results.

And don’t be shy with your questions. Our skilled doctors are excellent dental communicators. They know how to listen. They know how to inform and educate patients to be able to make the best decisions about their dental care.

We will absolutely do our best to meet all your needs. You can count on it!

Your initial appointment will consist of an examination and review of your treatment options. Usually, treatment can be done or started the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day. Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

  • Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist, if applicable.
  • A list of medications you are presently taking.
  • If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

IMPORTANT:All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
